Overview

The Hyatt Regency Santa Clara welcomes the IDEMA – DISKCON
2010 Conference. Conference dates are September 7 thru September
11, 2010. Guests may arrive at an earlier date or depart at a later date,
based on availability. Please enter dates on “Conference Rates &
Availability” section to check for availability.

COMPLIMENTARY SELF-PARKING for Convention Attendees.

Reservation requests should be made as soon as possible. Rooms are
assigned on a first-come, first served basis and may sell out prior to
the cut-off date. Cut-off date is August 16, 2010.
Group rate may still be open after this date on a space available basis.

The hotel is offering the group a discounted rate for the Regency Club
room upgrade. The Regency Club normally sells for $50 in addition
to the group rate but is available for only $25 more for convention
attendees. Escape to our exclusive Regency Club to unwind and relax
by enjoying one of our many new amenities. The brand new private access club features a self-serve kitchen, state-of-the-art coffee and
espresso machine, and complimentary light refreshments throughout
the day. Our comfortable exclusive lounge on the Lobby Level offers

bar, and a private concierge at your service. With home-baked cookies
and fresh fruits provided daily, our Regency Club will make you feel
right at home.

Club Hours of Operation: Complimentary Continental Breakfast
Tuesday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Complimentary coffee
and tea service Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Cocktails & hors d'oeuvres Monday through Thursday, 5:00 p.m. to
9:00 p.m. Regency Club Lounge is closed from Friday afternoon to
Monday morning. Guests staying on Fri, Sat, and Sun nights will be
given breakfast coupons to the restaurant.
